El Sistema de Calidad de los laboratorios de Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Spain SLU se basa en las normas GMP, GLP e ISO 17025. Los laboratorios disponen de numerosas autorizaciones, acreditaciones y reconocimientos entre las cuales cabe destactar

Autorización como Laboratorio de control de fármacos para uso humano, veterinario y en investigación por parte de la Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios (certificado GMP)
Laboratorio registrado e inspeccionado por la US FDA con el F.E.I. (Facility Establishment Identification) 3007914833 e incluido en la lista GDUFA. Última inspección: Junio 2025
Certificación de buenas prácticas de laboratorio , por parte del Departament de Salut de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
Acreditación ISO 17025 por parte de ENAC. (alcance)
Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Europe consigue la Certificación de cumplimiento de la norma ISO 14001:2015 para el sistema de gestión medio-ambiental. Política MedioAmbiental
Laboratorio auditado por Ecovadis (proveedor de calificaciones de sostenibilidad). Resultado obtenido Certificado Medalla de Bronce
